Every one of our customers is important to us, so our returns policy applies to both individuals and businesses.
You can cancel your order at any point before it is shipped and receive a full refund. You also have the right to return your goods and receive a full refund within 14 days if you change your mind about any of our logs that you have purchased. Please note: It is your responsibility to return the goods in the same condition as they arrived.
To arrange a return, simply email us with "Arrange a return" as the email title. Once we receive the returned logs your refund will be issued.
We are also happy to arrange collection of the items for return with the cost of the collection deducted from your refund. Please phone if you wish to discuss this and we will try to make the process as straightforward as possible.
In the event that we deliver the wrong types of logs, or you feel they are not up to standard, please contact us and a replacement order will be arranged.
If you would prefer a full refund then this option is also available. We do request that digital photographs or the sub-standard goods are forwarded with your complaint to ensure a refund or replacement can be issued in the shortest possible time.
We will always attempt to arrange for collection of wrong or sub-standard logs but you can arrange to return them if you prefer. However a valid receipt will be required before we are able to refund this cost.
